A collector's habit
The bowerbird builds its home from beautiful things — blue petals, pale shells, anything that catches the light. It does not consume them; it keeps them, arranging each find with quiet intention. AVAQIN began in the same instinct: not the urge to make more, but the urge to choose well.
Three materials
The collection moves through three materials, each with its own temperament.
Sterling silver — the quiet light of the collection: cool, honest, and made to be worn every day.
Laboratory-grown stones — ruby, sapphire, padparadscha and emerald; the same minerals as their mined counterparts, grown rather than taken from the ground.
Rhodium or 18K gold — a surface layer over 925 sterling silver, sweat-tested by our supplier, with free re-plating within five years.
The signature
AVAQIN is not a house of many names. The pieces in our main collections are designed by the AVAQIN designer. Every piece is finished by hand, made to be worn for years, and made to be kept.
What to expect
The collection is live, and it stays small on purpose — a few colours, chosen rather than accumulated. New pieces arrive in small numbers, and nothing earns its place unless it is worth keeping. Join the list to hear first when a new colour opens.
