Shipping policy

When will it be dispatched? Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days) of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays in China and Australia. "Dispatched" = packed and handed to the carrier with a tracking number; you'll get a tracking link by email.
Orders with a certificate: an order that includes a coloured-stone certificate takes an extra 2–3 days before dispatch, on top of the times below. The extra time is the certificate being issued — not a longer transit. Laboratory-grown diamonds are issued with a grading report from IGI. Every laboratory-grown diamond is made to order: allow 7–10 days before dispatch, and the IGI report ships with your piece. A report from AGL — Antwerp Gemological Laboratory — is available for coloured stones. Moissanite pieces ship with their GRA certificate card for the stone; the card ships with your order and does not extend dispatch times. The report that comes with your piece is named on its product page.
Where does it ship from? From our warehouse in Guangzhou, China — so delivery takes longer than a local Australian order.
How long to Australia?
- Standard delivery: typically 7–12 business days after dispatch.
- Express upgrade: for an additional shipping fee shown at checkout, delivery is typically 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote and regional areas may take longer.
- Timeframes are estimates only — carrier delays and customs processing can affect them.
What if dispatch is delayed? We'll contact you with a revised estimate, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Shipping costs:
- Free standard shipping on orders of AUD 150 or more.
- Orders under AUD 150 pay a standard shipping rate based on the delivery destination — the applicable rate is calculated by your destination state and shown at checkout.
- Express upgrade: for an additional shipping fee shown at checkout (see above).
GST and import charges: prices are shown in AUD and include 10% GST for orders up to AUD 1,000 (collected and remitted to the ATO); no further GST is payable on delivery.
PO Boxes and undeliverable parcels: we don't ship to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or forwarding addresses; if a parcel returns to us as undeliverable we'll arrange a resend or refund less shipping actually incurred.
Lost or delayed? Email Ava.Qin.Ava@outlook.com — we'll chase the carrier with you. Nothing here limits your ACL rights, including where goods aren't delivered within a reasonable time.
